Download Prism Launcher if you don't have it already.
Open Prism and in the top right, manage accounts. Add your Microsoft account, follow the steps to authenticate.
At the top left select "add instance", on the left side select "import", download the modpack below and browse to the file. Select "OK" and wait for the mods to download.
When done you can launch the new shortcut within Prism.
